Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks are subject to a returned check fee. Overdue balances may be subject to a monthly finance charge.

5. Warranties

All labor performed by ProServ Solutions is warranted for a period specified in your written service agreement (typically 90 days to 2 years depending on service type). Parts carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing. Warranties are void if the work is modified or repaired by anyone other than ProServ Solutions without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ProServ Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

By scheduling a service appointment, you confirm that you have the authority to grant access to the property where services will be performed. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to work areas and removing any obstacles that may impede the work.
